Hotel Booking Instructions
Terlingua booking information: We are using the Chisos Mining Company Motel , 23280 FM 170, Terlingua, TX 79852 Phone: 432-371-2254. We will be staying in their condos not the regular rooms. I advise sharing a room if possible as we will only have 6 condos booked at this time for students. The hotel will not let us block these rooms until 3 months before the workshop. We are hoping they will let us block them on November 30, 2021 so try to book your room as soon after that as possible.
Call and ask for the TIPW Group or Nick Quinn group. The rate is $ 158/night plus taxes and fees for 2 people, slightly higher if more people per room. You must book before February 19th or they release these rooms to the public. We will be checking out the morning of March 26 to drive or fly home. You need to plan to arrive Sunday night March 20th by 6pm at the hotel for a quick meeting and dinner so we can get an early start Monday. The condos have kitchens so we can save money eating some or all of our meals in the rooms to avoid long wait times at the few local restaurants You are not required to stay at this hotel but it will be more convenient for you if you do.
We hope you will join us on one of our adventures to help you learn how to create beautiful images with improved photography skills and artistic processing knowledge!
